A Colombian passenger jet operated by local airline Aires crashed while landing on San Andres island on Monday during a storm, injuring 114 passengers while one died of a heart attack, local authorities said.
The Boeing 737 carrying 121 passengers and six crew members was arriving on the Caribbean resort island when it crashed short of the runway. Lightning and heavy winds were reported.
